SHIPPING & RETURNS
- All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your delivery notice.
-All returns must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
-You will receive full refund on your product as long as it is in unused condition, undamaged and returned in the proper time frame.
- Only items purchased online can be returned through mail.
- If you are looking to return an item you have purchased please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number, order number and tracking number we gave you. We will then email you a form to fill out to put in package when item(s) are returned.
- All items being returned are to be insured and traceable (tracking number)
- All items purchased online can also be returned in store with proper paper work.
What is to be included in your return package
All items that were purchased online that you wish to return.
Insure all documentation you received is included along with form that was emailed to you.
If your order is returned to us, unclaimed of delivery to wrong address, there will be additional fees for the return.
All Shipping is at buyers’ expense with exception of defective warranty cases.
Once items are shipped orders can not be cancelled.
If items (s) are defective we Topline Industrial Sales will cover the cost of return shipping.
